The FBI had:
1. Evidence that the election was stolen.
2. Decided to do nothing about it.

Why? How much crime does the FBI observe, and do nothing about, and thus in a sense, authorize and permit to occur? If you do not remove people who abuse their positions to engage in criminal acts, in effect you end up with a Praetorian Guard.

Is this necessarily a new phenomena?
