SPAM This thread is assistance in configuring email filters. If you don't want all these emails, I am providing pressure that could help you learn to do this. If this pressure is painful, and you are kind of squirming with severe medical issues, unable to stop the spam, I am apologetic, but I also note I've done this a lot so hopefully you are numb? let's put capital SPAM in every message in this thread
