I got the USB-C to 4-port USB-C Hub at Best Buy to replace my old usb-c hub that was doing this, but it doesn't seem to do it the same way. It will charge the phone if I plug in power before the phone, and let me access devices if I plug them in before power and the phone, but it won't swap roles after plugged in.
Did I get the wrong product?

Karl (3/30/2025, 9:16:46 AM): i'm looking for a solution to connect peripherals to the phone, without a computer, and also be able to charge the phone. i was previously using the pinephone pro usb-c docking bar for this (although this is not a pinephone); it broke and i am not sure what to replace it with 
Charlotte B (3/30/2025, 9:18:30 AM): I could check on that here but to set your expectations, mostly of our Belkin hubs and docks are designed for laptop and computers, phones will then be one of the preipherals.
