Talks about bonding which may imply both non-distributed storage and a contracted human required to publish the sarc. ie: Is it really an automaton? Their memework is fun. Perhaps it will be possible for networks incorporating network aware execution units and primitives to auto-publish based on expiry since last tx/sig to the contract address. Also some networks could be made with contracts that will accept a single prepayment for guaranteed term storage. Most nets today are either lossy storage, or traditional interval payment of potentially changing invoice amounts. A true autonomous reliable DMS shouldn't rely on a human executive or on storage models that would put your cache at risk of loss during either term storage or published phases.
