how to do something when being blustered by severe pressures, habits, addictions, influences not sure of this one let’s imagine being at a stormy sea say you are in a roiling rapids, clinging to a rock one could cast you as having two options (although we know there are likely more): 1. you could keep clinging to the rock 2. you could let go of the rock and be roiled around by the rapids we usually consider #1 the better choice, and imagine the person pulling themselves out or calling for help or considering their situation more thoroughly to craft an informed plan some people also have experience with #2 where there can be more helplessness or injury. if surviving #2 imagine one may get into some kind of circular current or maybe more likely get hung up in a dam of rocks or such somewhere. #2 is considered very dangerous i think. one could also get skilled at #2 and swim around possibly. it’s good to practice such things in a safe environment and possibly in an informed way.
