Trump Can't Dispute Writer's Rape Claim At Damages Trial

A New York federal judge has barred former President Donald Trump's legal team from offering evidence of a jury's determination that his conduct against writer E. Jean Carroll didn't fit the legal definition of "rape" to a second jury that will determine what he owes in damages following a defamation verdict.
