Ex-Fed Atty Ducks Prison For Steering Contracts To Spouse

A Florida assistant U.S. attorney who pled guilty to directing contracts from her office to companies in which her spouse had a financial interest will not serve time behind bars, a Sunshine State federal judge ruled Wednesday.
