Deutsche Bank Denies Initiating Failed Case Against Ex-Trader

Deutsche Bank has asked a New York state judge to dismiss a malicious prosecution suit filed by a former trader whose conviction on rate-manipulation charges was overturned, saying there's no evidence it initiated the criminal case.
