The executives at Google are confused. They may be used to imposing their will through “silence implies consent” (a procedure that dates to Roman times), and if you are not silent, Google does not consent to servicing you, but they should realize something. The entirety of Western culture is founded upon truth and justice. The entirety of Western philosophy is founded upon discussing and obtaining those two ideals. Any policy which is openly inimical to those ideals goes against the entirety of Western society, as well as any number of people with varying amounts of ability to ensure adherence to them. People are not animals, they have the capacity to reason. People are not slaves, they have the capacity to decide.
