Atty, Businessman Urge New Trial In Crash Report Scheme

Two men who last year were convicted of running a scheme that used Detroit Police Department crash reports to solicit potential clients for medical clinics and personal injury law firms told a Michigan federal judge that they should be either acquitted or granted new trials due to critical errors in the government's case.
