Tor Browser ought act like a torrent/server for the page being viewed - IPFS/ gittorrent like. Basically if you can load a page, you can share it - but the sharing must be similar to a "hidden service". Vuze/Azureus (Java) torrent client has this type of capacity for torrents, also bridging between clearnet and I2P. The way Tor HS's work seems to require a time factor to stabilize - Vuze/Azureus torrent client apparently works off the bat, so the *chan addicts ought be able to have something like this - torrent like P2P chan/ meme sharing website.
