SEC Fines Robinhood $45M For Recordkeeping, Cyber Woes

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced Monday that Robinhood's broker-dealer units will pay a combined $45 million to settle a host of claims ranging from an alleged failure to file suspicious activity reports and address cybersecurity risks to alleged failures concerning data retention and recordkeeping.
