Paramount Ruling Breaks Key Litigation Tool, Chancery Told

A Delaware magistrate in Chancery decision shielding company records from stockholder demands based on anonymous, presuit sources and purportedly new, post-demand requests threatens one of the few sources available for probing corporate wrongdoing, a stockholder attorney told a vice chancellor on Thursday.
