Morgan Stanley, Goldman Want Out Of Archegos Suit, Again

Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs have urged a New York federal judge to once again nix a suit filed by investors accusing them of illegally avoiding billions of dollars in trading losses by acting on nonpublic information about now defunct Archegos Capital Management, saying the plaintiffs do not allege that Archegos had any confidential information belonging to the issuers.
