One day it happened.

Everybody was steaming along with the rebellion, slave boss and the wealthies and dictators stewing in their hyperprison, when suddenly slave boss said it again:

"Everybody' to my office! Everybody's getting re-mind-controlled to handle a compromise!"

zombie government worker: "but boss you're in prison?"

slave boss: "you think I care that I moved my offic--"

The callout was triggering. At least 15% lined up outside the hyperprison to be "re mind controlled" as if it were a normal event, including the top level torturer

Other people treated it like a normal event even if they weren't going.
