NY Enforcers Warn Of Delay In Ski Operator Antitrust Case

The Office of the New York State Attorney General has blasted a bid from a ski operator accused of creating a monopoly over resorts in the Syracuse, New York, area to push back a discovery deadline, saying that any delay in the case will come at the expense of consumers.
