Syneos Health Covered Up COVID-19 Turmoil, Investor Says

A Syneos Health Inc. shareholder alleges the company's leadership lied about its booming business during the COVID-19 pandemic when, in reality, a series of poor decisions caused the business to flounder, according to a proposed securities class action filed in New York federal court.
