they were all horrifically tortured in ways that make you scream when they talked, so their screams are powerfully full of unimaginable pain and fear and almost completely inaudible.
the torturer vivisectees are lined up to perform before the large waiting audience. the same venue is being used as was for traffick boss’s vomit opera. and it begins!
the torturer vivisectees swing in on trapezes and dance in, each with separate extreme skills traffick boss forced them to hypnotically learn to test their programming; they open their mouths and scream their loudest silent screams, imbued with the torture of having your life replaced by the whims of another at the almost basest level
nobody hears a thing; but half the audience covers their ears i. extreme shock and begins quivering
the other half, who remember their torture and programming and are participating in the recovery, applaud and grin empathically. some open their mouths wide and scream silently too!
the performers grin back, do more tricks from their torture sessions, and scream again.
the performance is healing, shocking, and eerie. it continues. those who go, to perform or to watch, share an understanding it seems others are bereft of.
