Old money? somewhat constipated, significantly unbalanced, evidently loaded with design choices which are in the interests of, ultimately, the few over the many, cyclical chaos, etc etc. The IMF/WB/old money elite have been gunning (literally and figuratively) for a one world order, one world currency, feverishly trying to smash every holdout (Libya anyone?) of the hegemonic control system. DCs are absolutely nipping at the heels now, and one has to wonder whether the oldmoneygarchs are "demonstrating lack of self awareness" :)
Perhaps this time these new "criminals" will win.
