DOJ Confirms Cuomo Harassed Staff, Backs Reforms

Federal prosecutors said Friday they had resolved an investigation into former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's executive chamber, confirming allegations that the office "engaged in a pattern or practice of sexual harassment and retaliation" and augmenting reforms made under his successor, Gov. Kathy Hochul.
