Anarchism: Everyone shares in the dish-washing
In theory, everyone shares in the dish washing. In practice, one or two end up "usually" doing that (or any other) particular job. In real life, I have often ended up being the guy who quite literally washes the dishes. In real world voluntary organizations, the 10-90 rule is a pretty reliable estimator: 10% of the participants do 90% of the work. Among the 10%, a few individuals settle into a habit of doing each of the necessary jobs most or all of the time. The 10% also end up making most of the collective decisions, because they are the ones who show up for the administrative meetings, know what they are talking about, and actually do the things. The first duty of a revolutionary is to get away with it. But the second duty, which is really part of the first, is to find and train your replacements and get them to do likewise. :o) -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2.0.22 (GNU/Linux) iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJY086JAAoJEECU6c5Xzmuq52YH/A4Z7kLLJStosHy5tLGJ+7nD L6DVAiK5yjYdto3NnmMaQmMtXpbsmzsXA47LC+m1PMAnlTfB4N5n/kS02DFA4dEI q4HzGUwO7iwKtDP6S+jO568KYo1Hnp8BsXyyBMy107vbVk/mbMTANlgB87uh2aoJ cEOVK8S9WKT5/R3xhmDGUHKQ879wAk094EFscT4J62+iBwQjyP8JIawjoHycQFlp TyCnJ5sTa+KSfLU6tuaYxhnLaJ7iah/RY4M8z2C8VfCuSm8wXvBhQ5puwcc7hdcZ UnfErKoWim7srYgoXRYZY7WdEaXAI+gqT06qY9GdOCdHpi5mZnC4rUWbdWSXN8s= =4BKe -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
