Considering that Google has moved 180 degrees from it's "Do no evil" founding to giving the Government search logs upon request (no court order needed), I'd say that your question answers itself, so no need to even bother asking.
But that actually wasn't my question, was it? I didn't ask if it was OK, I asked if it wasn't against Google's NDA to work for Tor.
