How so? How do I keep you and your friends from collecting your pentagon checks? Go ahead. Enlighten me. Also, you can check who I am. Ask any of the tor high-rankinkg cunts to look me up in their .mil 'intelligence' databases.

According to a top secret NSA document, which you can view online: Tor is the king of high secure, low latency anonymity. No contender awaits the throne.
The document does not say that. Depending on your threat model and needed feature set Tor may be good, not good enough, or a failure. Plenty of room for competition and evaluation. And many contenders in the fields of anonymous transport, messaging, storage and so on both exist and are in development.
