Where, oh where do these fucking idiots come from? This has never even listened to shortwave, yet he's going to babble on about his totally moronic (not to mention totally statist) ideas about how our all powerful FCC can somehow control foreign government broadcasts. It's really frightening how little mental capacity is needed to get on line these days.
