Is a judge ordering people to stop making illegal copies of M$ software and sharing it with their friends not also an "intrusion into free speech"?
I agree that mandating the relationship between IE and Windows is stupid, mind you - it's an ad hoc after the event remedy, where much more fundamental ones are called for.
