I've seen much CIPA discussion which assumes that it's only for kids. The full text of the "Children's Internet Protection Act" can be found at http://www.cybertelecom.org/cda/cipatext.htm . It's worth reading. The name is Orwellian.
The name is also a very rude word for vagina in Polish, and probably also other Slavic languages. I'm sure that no Polish politician will refer to American CIPA when proposing such a similiar act in our Parliament ;) -- Paweł Krawczyk *** home: <http://ceti.pl/~kravietz/> security: <http://ipsec.pl/> *** fidonet: 2:486/23
