A "person" identified by the Feds as: REINSURANCE, LTD.............. RBC............. Presumably Royal Bank of Canada's reinsurance subsidiary in Ireland & Barbados: http://www.rbcinsurance.ca/ I wonder if they know they've renounced? DCF
