Since it's been mentioned several times, here's a good candidate for your gun safe computer: the CerfCube. http://www.intrinsyc.com/products/cerfcube405EP/ $399. I have an older one that's been running for 2 years and 4 updates. Mine runs Linux, but they do a WinCE version, too.
