Well I do believe that your spam would be illegal if that was the case. And secondly there are no laws here in australia that you can use to prosecute me from the US for an email bomb, not that this is one, and if it is than so is your spam.
It is illegal to use a invalid return email address. If this continues, I will be forced to prosecute the return email address - which they are making to look like you.
