I wonder if someone's probing power-system vulnerabilities and defense strategies.
Just coincidental that there's been all this noise about power grid vulnerability and two vast regional outages this summer?
The week before twa800 Clinton signed that executive order creating the "infrastructure protection task force". Now we are having massiv power outages "caused by trees". Sounds like they are trying to make swamp gas fly again. Later Mark Hittinger Netcom/Dallas bugs@netcom.com
