Further, he wandered considerably from his prepared statement at the hearing. I wonder why David is talking about what Freeh addressed in his statement, instead of what he actually said.
Because that's what Banisar pointed us to in his message. Had he qualified his own post of Freeh's opening statement I might have reacted differently. This increases the odds on "sloppy" rather than "mendacious". David
