I wouldn't lift a finger to _shut down_ "Food Not Bombs" , but they are not the same as a Boyscout Picnic. A boyscout picnic is a private party. Some people got invited to eat the food, any others who do are stealing. FoodNotBombs just gave away stuff to all comers.
