No one should be promising their customers that they will thumb their nose at a U.S. court order,b Ms. Caproni said. They can promise strong encryption. They just need to figure out how they can provide us plain text.

Well, Ms. Caproni, which is it? Will we have strong encryption, or will you be able to see plain text? I know which technology I'm going to use. -Bill
