With his arms control policy background and current familiarity with crypto as non-exportable munition, Phil Zimmermann is a shoo-in for a seat on the president's Arms Proliferaton Board. Hell, he ought to be the Chairperson!
This may have been intended tongue-in-cheek, but I think this is an excellent idea. Think Phil would be interested in the position? How could we get this going? JD
