For a good time, read the sections from "The Codebreakers" regarding what kind of lengths war-time censors went through to foil steganography. In this day & age, rearranging the spacing of messages "just for the heck of it" would be a rather obvious equivalent to what they did back then (BITNET does things like this today just out of sheer perversity). So would scrambling the low-order bits of a sound file. - Bill
