Mexican Attorney General, Staff Get Chip Implants Implant replaces ID cards for access to restricted areas. The Attorney General of Mexico, Rafael Macedo de la Concha, recently announced at the opening of Mexico's National Information Center that he and some of his staff had been implanted with VeriChips to replace their ID tags for access to restricted areas, and to access the country's crime database. http://www.govtech.net/magazine/channel_story.php?channel=24&id=90885
