Most of these children are adults now. A great many of them are grandmothers. Yet I see no prosecutions for the distribution of images by the supposed victims.
I am sure this affects the emotional/psychological state of the child victim in many ways beyond what most of us can understand. I think we can all agree that is creates a less-than-optimal psychological state in the children.
