FTP: new materials on the archive

I've done a bit of archive maintenance in the last week. A bunch of the Clipper info I had has been cleaned up and posted. I've put up the sci.crypt FAQ, which I would like everyone who has basic questions to read, as well as L. Detweiler's Anonymity on the Internet FAQ. Enjoy. Eric
