The scope of application of the SLD400 is much wider and can include the protection of VIPs and pinpointing sharpshooters of the binoculars of terrorists preparing criminal acts. (it actually says that)
So they are going to make binoculars illegal in France? Or only cameras? I carry a small pair of bins around most places I go. (Birdwatching, honest guv). Should I wear armour if I go birding anywhere a French president is likely to be? Ken
