It's a pity Jim Bell's in jail. If he saw this thread, he would have suggested a slew of chemicals that could be dumped surreptitously in the ater supply and not dectected until everybody is dead. (Yes, adding radioactive materials to "conventional" explosives is a pretty old idea.
