Do you have a 'reduced expectation of privacy'? Well, FCC Chairman Michael Powell thinks you do, and that this justifies letting the telcos sell your detailed call information (whom you call, when, and for how long) to 'affiliates', without bothering to ask you first. It's explicitly an opt-out system. Expect a densely worded insert in ant type in your next phone bill, which, if you hire a lawyer to decode, will tell you how to opt out.
