Remember that if you go over 10K, the recipient is supposed to file a form 8300 with the IRS ....
I was vaguely aware of this regulation (it's been discussed here in the past) but actually I'm from north of the border. Does anyone know if there is are similar regulations in Canada? regards, -Blake
