More succinctly, "Democracy is four wolves and a sheep voting on lunch." Up the republic!

Yeah, though representative government is four wolves voting on _which_ sheep to have for lunch. Any time power is available, it can be abused; it's nice to be working on systems that allow people to do transactions without providing additional information which can be abused.
