What a person to agree with...the epitome of God $$$ Fascism. Them trains, they do run on time. Or is that 'spam'...
The general comment I've heard about Italian Fascism's effectiveness was that they never did actually get the trains to run on time - it was just political promises, any more than the Elder Bush's "No New Taxes" meant that the US actually wouldn't have any new taxes.
