While awaiting Phil's response, there's an informative description of Qualcomm's CONDOR device at:
Condor is, of course, a Fortezza (clipper) application, which makes it less than useful to those outside the government. In fact, from what I've heard even the potential government users are much more interested in STU III support. I wonder why... Phil
