Humorous introduction to meaning of money, generation of wealth, laissez-fair, and his experiences in Cuba, Sweden, Albania, Tanzania learning about these. An easy read, possibly of interest for neophytes interested in why we have no ecash (or quantized bananas). (Neither are answered).
