Greetings; I realize that bad crypto is offensive to some here but I am in desperate need of an exportable, public-domain, general-purpose crypto algorithm. Or at least the rules for creating such. Sorry to bother y'all with this, but I am in dire straights. Thanks, Darrell Perko dperko@efn.org
