   It was in civilian circulation as an adjunct to psychotherapy for
   alcoholism (and MDMA, a methamphetamine derivative with psychedelic
   properties inferior to LSD, but easier to produce, is currently in use
   for PTSD treatment and about to be 'normalized'.)...
