   This NEVER was a coders list. It's a list for people interested in
   cybersecurity and cryptography who COULD BE coders. There are coders
   and cipher people who USE this list. The fellow who created the list
   wasn't a coder or cryptographer-for-a-living. He was an ELECTRONICS
   ENGINEER (my 'minor') and his intent when he created this list was
   fully POLITICAL.
