   PRISM required (and received) no cooperation from Facebook or Google,
   hence the famous post-it that said "SSL applied here" with the smiley
   face. The NSA was tapping fiber between datacenters and pulling the
   traffic of there. That traffic is now all encrypted, so PRISM is no
   more, at least not in that form.
